Wednesday, October 28
11 a.m.  Concessions Open in Downtown Area
11 a.m. - 12 a.m. The Arktoberfest Beer Garden will be open from 11 a.m. - 12 a.m.
124 N Summit Street
6 p.m. - 10 p.m. All You Can Ride Night at Carnival for one low price.
Ticket booths open at 5:30 p.m.
Rides open at 6:00 p.m.
$18.00 per person at carnival
Discount tickets $15.00, if purchased at ticket outlets before noon on Wednesday, October 28th.
Ticket outlets are Community National Bank, CornerBank, RCB Bank downtown location, Union State Bank downtown location, and the Arkalalah Office.
Any changes because of bad weather will be made at the discretion of the Carnival and announced over the local radio stations.

Parade of Lights sponsored by Westar
Parade begins at Spruce and Summit Street and ends at Adams Avenue.

There will also be opportunities to sign up for tours on Friday morning and  Saturday morning.  There will be six total tours and a limit of 20 on each tour.

Burford Theatre:  Financial and Volunteer Donors will be welcomed to a special open house on Friday afternoon of Arkalalah.  The theatre will open its doors to donors at 1 p.m.  At 1:15 there will be a short program in the auditorium detailing what has happened and what will be happening at the Burford Theatre.  We will also have a very special announcement about the theatre. Following that there will be time to explore the changes.
