Little Mr. And Miss competition is open to any child between the ages of 4 and 6 that resides within the USD 470 district.  Children must be 4 years old by October 31 or 6 years old until November 1 of this year. They are to submit two (2) wallet size photos, one of which will be attached to a voting container that will be placed at Graves. Voting is one penny per vote.  

All contestants will ride in the kiddie parade and the top 6 will ride in the big parade.

Proceeds will benefit Arkalalah Festival Inc., a nonprofit organization, to provide scholarships.  Contact Meghann Borum at 620-446-2446 for more information.
